Evening sunflower

Yes. I know it's another flower but I was having a day of rest today and the only birds are 2 yellow wagtails (yes we have TWO), a handful of goldfinches, 2 blackbirds + big chicks and loads of sparrows - and none of them were posing nicely today. So its an evening sunflower.
Now the swimming is on so I'm going down to watch.
