Hood River Windsurfers

We drove the 70 miles from Portland, along the Columbia River on the Washinton State side, to Hood River, Oregon. This area is world famous for its wind and waves and therefore generates a lot of interest in the related sport! And was it ever windy and sunny and warm today. Paradise for the dozens and dozens of those parked along Spring Creek Hatchery Road.
My regret was I elected not to bring out the big camera today because we had no real plans except to go for a ride. So I got this one with the iPhone.
The extra is on the trip, about halfway there, way up on Cape Horn.

I am almost through all the abstracts from last Thursday's Celebratory one year anniversary, and loving every one!
This Thursday's theme will be "Mystery" and tagged AT53.
It was a suggestion for the 'one year', and I will be using all those in the coming weeks. Most abstracts are a bit of a mystery by their nature, so you may want to veer to the normalcy 'a little' to get the mysterious.
