That would be "Iron hat" in English but it's probably better known as Monk's Hood or Wolf's Bane. Anyway, it's awfie pretty and I can't resist a good flower.

Off out tonight at a new retaurant in Schlangebad (Snake Bath in English). And it's fair to say they are having a few teething problems. G had ordered a steak and asked for it to be served "English" which is how you say "Medium Rare" in German. However something got lost in translation and she was served something that was cold and raw. Or as Gordon Ramsay would have it "For f***'* sake, it's f****** RAW!".

Nothing knocked off the bill for that. No "oops, would you like a free dessert?" Nothing. Just a "Tut mir leid". And then we had to wait 20 minutes while they sorted out a problem with the bill where they charged us for a steak that we didn't have.

We won't be going back anytime soon.

The flower is pretty though.
