Congrejos

Large land crabs tend to be prevalent in June and July here in Zihuatanejo. There is nothing more disconcerting than working away on the computer and catch something scuttling along out of the corner of one's eye. Of course, they are harmless, if a bit fearsome looking, but they always cause me a bit of a start. As I started hunting this one today (photographically speaking), I discovered that he had brought a buddy along as well. The big guy was ready to fight, while the smaller dude was hoping to hide. Guess that can of bug killer meant nothing to either of them.
