Duck and rest

A day of rest which comprised mostly of Netflix and a roast beef supper. Great ways to spend what was a mostly rainy day of leave.

Also returned to a gym - this time the Garioch Sports Centre - which was a painful, and yet somewhat uplifting, experience.
