Afternoon ride

To follow on from the successes of the children, Martin got on his (new) bike today and we went for a gentle cycle round the Bridge of Don this afternoon. Nothing too strenuous and not very scenic but a good introduction back to using gears and getting his seat up to a more suitable height. My bike is home too so enjoyed getting out on it. The fact I am unable to put the seat any lower and that my tiptoes are still off the ground when the bike is upright is something I had forgotten but got used to it again very quickly! An enjoyable afternoon, followed by a cup of tea at the Greats.
