Frosty Start

We had a frosty start to the day, with no cloud inversion, which was simply great.  It was cold though -2C.  Nice to see the mountains in the distance.

This morning was U3A, the subject this month is 'Media'.  The first speaker was the Editor of the 'NZ Herald', who gave us a wonderful insight into the world of newspapers.  He was greatly encouraged when he saw how many people in the room still had newspapers delivered to the gate.  Most of us, including me.  Next week will be about the radio.

This afternoon I am defrosting the freezer.  What a cold job!!!

Another month, and another weekend, I hope yours is a good one.
