Cleaning Day

This sculpture used to hold a Osprey nest, year after year the Osprey would come back re-build their nest and rear at least 2 chicks, this year it remained empty, the nest was beginning to look rather worse for wear, the Osprey are back but they must have built their nest in a different location this year, i have still yet to find the ensuing sight, we have seen the Osprey many times flying around.
The workmen were adding a new coat of red lead paint to the sculptor, i wonder if it will ever be used as a nesting sight again? time will tell ..
