Competition

Is what this Bee was facing with these Beetles.
I blipped another of these plants last week, I still haven't discovered what they are. This week I've included a Bee. From the state of its left wing it's been having a bit of a hard time and I shouldn't think the Beetles have left much pollen and nectar for it.
