Mission thwarted

I had intended to join in with Flower Friday today with the "b" theme. However, the farmer down the road had other ideas. Our exclusive driveway here takes 25 minutes to walk down before it meets up with a couple of other houses and then it's another 35 minutes to the main road. Well, the farmer spent all day yesterday with the mower and he's chopped down all the lovely hedgerow flowers. I was not best pleased because for access to the flowers further away, you have to stand on very uneven ground and who knows what is lurking there. So I have to be content with these wild flowers which I was able to access.
