Yuraygir Coastal Walk

Finally I have escaped from the office and I feel like I've just been let out of jail.
To celebrate we had lunch at one of the old Pubs in Maclean and then drove on down to Brooms Head and had icecreams by the beach. This is taken from the lookout in the Yuraygir National Park and you can see part of the 65 km Coastal Walk that goes from Angourie in the north, across wind whipped cliffs and pandanus lined beaches to Red Rock in the south. It was very quiet with hardly anyone about except for a few campers at Brooms Head and not a soul on any of the beaches. It was sunny but there was quite a cold breeze blowing so that must have kept everyone inside.

Hopefully normal Blipping will now return and I can catch up with everyone's journals and comments.
