Pitstop

Time to unpack and repack rather different stuff post Iceland pre work trip to Liberia. I haven't been to Africa since 2010 and I'm psyched as it was where I spent the early part of my career and those early memories stay with you strongly. It's also helpful to remain away from the catastrophe that is UK politics at the moment. I don't think there's a risk of rural Liberia being well connected to the news.

Went to the gym as with long hours and travel I have been lacking physical exercise. A blind guy was having difficulty manoeuvring around and using a static bike. I was at the other side of the room but wanted to help. At what point does it become less patronising and more helpful? Insights welcome.
