soup anyone?

Sweet Potato & Roasted Capsicum soup to be precise, or even Kumera & roasted red pepper soup if you like. Unlike last blip, there's a lot of orange here!

Part of a big cooking day for me. Also made Spinach, basil & arborio rice cakes (regular and vegan versions), Tomato, capsicum & rosemary salsa, Rhubarb & rosewater upside-down cake, Pear, chocolate & hazelnut cake; and for our own dinner, Chicken with oranges and green peppercorn. not cooking for anyone tomorrow- day off.
