Sunshine on wildflowers

The sun came out at the right time and lit up the wildflowers on the verge at North Kessock. A great display this year and they are carefully cared for by one of the villagers.
The sky soon turned a deep grey but we avoided the downpour and drove along side the Beauly Firth. A flock of Canada geese had gathered on the mudflats and were busy feeding as the tide went out.
Looking forward to seeing Iceland v France tonight in the UEFA Euro quarter final. Would be great to have a Wales v Iceland final.
