Fungus Flower

Small and innocent in its wax white little dress. Being some days older, this flower and it's stem get little brown edges, who turn grey and black later. They grow in groups, see extra!
No chlorophyll. Even the petals feel harder than you would expect. Rather like a hard mushroom. But they are brittle. A rarity that only appears in the forest when all the weather conditions are right.
