Erenia and Miriam

Two best friends making Cuban food in my kitchen! Lucky me, and even more so since the recipe will be included in a cook book I'm making as a gift for our SOS-village in Huambo, Angola. 

Erenia makes delicious food (and cakes) and I can't understand why she is not a professional cook. I would hire her if I had a restaurant! Miriam is a perfect assistance and is learning a trick or two.
