Lifeboat and helicopter demo.

A follow on from yesterday's blip, this is the lifeboats and coastguard helicopter's demo in Seaford Bay of their life-saving skills. Here, they're putting a man on the lifeboat (same one pictured yesterday at the boathouse).

Later "Dead Fred" , a dummy, was thrown overboard and rescued several times.
