Blue Sky Thinking

But every time we thought about going out today, the heavens opened. In fairness, it tended to dry up again quite quickly.
After spending some time with Ali & Euan this morning when we walked to the park for a swing, we took off on a blip-hunt. We visited the David Stirling Memorial to admire the views then turned down past Argaty where there are some Red Kites. Ever hopeful, we stopped and took Rona for a stroll up a nicely finished walking track but those elusive birds were busy elsewhere.
There were loads of these wild flowers (Hogweed?) along that track and I did like the effect.
