Thursday: Elderflower Champagne

MrD went off on his motorbike for most of the day. I bottled up the Elderflower Champagne, recipe from https://www.giyinternational.org/articles/detail/recipe_of_the_week_elderflower_cordial_and_champagne.
Whilst the weather was fine I washed the remainder of my antique bottles and have stored them in my mini shed, to be used at a later date for shabby chic or selling as they are.
