Lazy Sunday

Well at least it was for Mr MC and myself who got no nearer to this paragliding than observing it from our sun loungers.  Our day was not without its rigours though as we were once again booked in for massages to help us get over the strains of Saturday's 10 hours and 500 km of travelling/sighteeing!
