Yuck!

Ok so something you need to know about me to explain the irony of this photo is when I'm at work I get people to drink these nutritional supplements. Now my dietitian after much negotiation has persuaded me to have one a day. Not a happy bunny about it and now feel so full I'm not sure I will manage my tea! Needs must.
