Identification Problems

Not sure what this insect is, but it has a fine silhouette and eats nectar or pollen from our white flowering bushes. And it's on time for Tiny Tuesday 58.
As you can see I’m great on plant and insect identification!
I can identify the wasp's nest in the extra however.
It was found in one of the kayaks I was preparing for the visitors.  The wasps were not happy to be evicted but I don’t think the guests would have been happy to share the boat.
Only one minor sting incurred.
