Flow!

Another day of inspirational workshops, followed by Scrap Theatre 5 minute performances, thank yous, everyone dancing on the stage, a ceilidh, and the Wrap party.  Just wonderful.  One of my main lasting visual memories has to be the young man who managed to damage his ankle, sitting with his strapped foot bedecked with glow sticks, doing chair dancing in the middle of the dance floor surrounded by friends dancing with him.  And with aural memories its either waking up to hear one of the girls in the next tent say 'I've just found cheese in my hair' closely followed by another girl saying 'I think this is the best day of my life'.
