Girls rugby

I popped round the corner to the rugby grounds where Motueka High girls in the black and gold were playing Christchurch Girls High at rugby.
The winner is eligible for entry into the national secondary competition and Motueka are on their way. It was a fast, high scoring game with more running than kicking and only a few scrums and line outs.

It seemed too nice to be playing rugby. I got hot just standing let alone running around.

I was practising using the TV setting on the camera for fast shutter speed. I did better than I did this morning at the wharf.
