Mystery bird

I am struggling to identify this bird so I would welcome opinions. It looks like a warbler and I think it is a juvenile. My initial reaction was that it was a chiffchaff or a willow warbler but they both seem to have pale stripes over their eyes so I wondered if it was perhaps a garden warbler? Can anyone help?
