Patchwork quilt made with one hand

i have had my left hand in plaster for 5 weeks following an operation on my thumb, i cannot sit and do nothing, just not my nature so i have made this childs patchwork quilt practically with one hand, amazing what you can do when you are bored out of your mind.  it measures 44 inches by 44 inches and is made in 100% cotton.  I couldnt use my rotary cutter so bought the squares ready cut from Ebay.
