The Instruction...

We seem to have consistent resource issues where I work. Combination of high volumes of requests and big pieces of project work with increasing number of regulatory (has to be done) jobs.

Means there's a lot if juggling resource. I got asked to do a job I'd never done before but was pretty important. Luckily it had an instruction and I do like a challenge.

Little did I know that until I was stood at the printer for 5 minutes, that the instruction was akin to a small countries law definition document.
