Another day in Paradise

It could, indeed, be Heaven in Wester Ross with weather like this; and what better thing to do in Heaven than practise the harp.
I am playing at the Torridon Hotel tomorrow, and I have to play for about 2 hours, and so many of my tunes have gone out of my memory. It was good to say hello to them again.
But, sadly, I have to say goodbye to Dotty, my pal Bob's old cat. Bob phoned today - very upset - to say that she out on Saturday, and he found her on Sunday. Cats seemingly go away to die. I was pleased that Dimairt and I saw her last Friday, and sat with her as usual. She was in fine fettle right till the end.
Would that we were all as lucky......
