Home monitoring

In the good old days we used to diagnose high blood pressure on 2 - 3 surgery readings. This was not without its problems as lots of folk get anxious having their BP checked which puts their readings up. Things have moved on a bit and we now loan out machines and ask patients to record their readings over a week. An average resting is then calculated which is more accurate. This looks like a pretty normal average reading and probably better than mine.
