Landing

Today JanetH came over and we had a wonderful day out. The weather was much better than anticipated which was great. First we went to Burton RSPB reserve and practised taking shots of birds taking off and landing. This is one of my attempts. We then managed to see the spoonbills again. One of the extras shows spoonbills with an Egret.
We had a picnic lunch in a hide which was great as we were able to take shots in between times. 
Then we came back to West Kirby and walked round the Marine Lake (the second extra picture shows people getting splashed walking round the lake, looking like they are walking on water).We took shots of windsurfers and a kite surfer doing jumps on the sea. We than had ice creams by the lake before coming back for a nice hot drink before Janet had to go. All in all, a great day out. Thank you Janet:-))
