P1 – Halmstad

We made our way north up the Swedish coast in warm weather, stopping at a couple of nice towns before parking at Halmstad to go for a walk around the town. It is ‘famous’ for its public art works, so we got the brochure at the tourist information and then set off. This is the one I liked the best; it’s called P1 or maybe PI, and is by Carolina Falkholt. There is also a statue by Picasso, but it was actually done by one of his lackies to his design.
