Twisted Bud

Our Lavetera is showing itself in all its glory at present, if it was a woman my grandmother would have said "Well, she's no better than she ought to be, fur coat and no knickers". Alongside all of the open flowers are very many buds, and I was struck by how the opening buds show how they are twisted when closed as they untwist to open fully.

Definitely better biggified.
