Masterpiece of evolution.

Unmistakable. It is hard to distinguish the Buff Tip moth from a Birch twig. A remarkable way to hide from predators.

My extra is a celebration. 730 blips over two years. And I have thoroughly enjoyed the challenge. Learnt a little bit about photography including that I don't need a bag of heavy lenses to achieve photos which please me. But I have also greatly enjoyed writing the journals and trying to raise a smile now and again.

How to celebrate? A glass of wine? Well you can have that any day. Better are potatoes for lunch which were dug in the garden just an hour before being eaten. And the photo? The flowers of the potato plants. An underrated flower.
