Roof Garden

A few houses have got lawns/plants growing on the roof rather than tiles.  And I quite like how this looked in the hazy summer sun.

It was a beautiful day here - 30°C in the shade and there was precious little of it.  We had the shutters down in an attempt to keep the house cool but it's not working.  It's really hot and what breeze we have is also hot.  And so we have drunk lots of water.
