Cicada

Had breakfast out this morning, ran some errands and then took a walk. The countryside is buzzing with these bugs. At the moment the cicadas are really noisy and yesterday they started in the oak trees directly by the house!
They are strange things that live in the ground for a few years before emerging and becoming adults.
