A ray of sunshine

I spent most of the day in my studio working on a project - My life in clay - These gorgeous Sunflowers were brought by friends who arrived at 6 ish and somehow, even though I knew what time they were coming, I managed to get lost in my clay work and then had  to rush around cleaning bathrooms , hoover,  make nibbles to have with drinks, shower, and change into something vaguely reasonable ( all in half an hour), drink wine, eat curry, try to sleep ( no chance) ...
