No. 2 Mash Tun

We had a visit to the Glenfiddich Distillery, the largest whisky distillery in Scotland which has 28 stills producing thousands of litres of the water of life every day on a full Industrial scale. Despite producing the volume to satisfy demand the resultant liquid is wonderful!
