Bread

Despite making my life difficult for the "easy bread" approach, I somehow managed to coax some loaf out of a very wet mixture.  My bad really for just going with quoted quantities, I know you should gauge according to your flour.  Still, have worked out the timings for next time - it's the first time I've tried with my own sour dough starter.

A moderate Monday which was better than expected.

Then my phone died, utterly.

Bugger.

Still, I have bread ...
