Visit to Mansion Popular

I wanted to do the guided visit to the Mansion Popular, I read it was guided by a known Argentinian writer, but... there was no one.
I read on the webpage it was on the third Saturday of the month at 15:30h.
I went there, I waited half an hour in front of the door, but no one appeared.
Its a shame, I will not have the opportunity to visit it again.
