Demijohns

Got a delivery of old demijohns tonight from Eco wood man, they are filthy and have been stored in mud as far as I can see.

I have hosed them down and they are currently soaking with cleaning powder.

We need extra to decant the fluid out of these ones and filter out some sediment.

We have 2 gallons to put in demijohns tomorrow made from cooking apples so will have a totally different flavour and planning on crab apple mixture on Thursday.
