The Abbot's Fish House

After the morning golf round, I took our friends Tony & Rosie to Bristol airport this afternoon for their flight to Edinburgh where they are finalising arrangements for their eldest son's wedding with his future in-laws.

I stopped at Meare on the way back for this view of The Abbot's Fish House. In medieval times it stood on the edge of a vast lake and was used by the monks from Glastonbury Abbey to store the fish they caught there.
