Interlocking arcs

This evening I decided I would go and blip a new sculpture that has been put on the banks of the Brayford pool in  Lincoln. It is only set to be there for a few months. It has been inspired by Lincoln born Mathematician George Boole.
The artwork, composed of two interlocking arcs reflecting the surrounding water and foliage, has been created by the internationally-acclaimed Raqs Media Collective.
It was originally planned to have it floating on the water but that proved to complex to do.
I have included a shot of the board next to it explaining a bit more about it. I have posted a few more shots HERE
