Helm Hill training night

A day packed full of fresh air and sport. Started with my son's school fell race on Kendal castle. Then I taught football rounders for the afternoon.

Finished off with my son's fell running club up on the Helm. This is them preparing for a tag relay.

Feeling sun/wind burned and my feet ache!
