Momentary Monument – The Stone

A massive granite boulder in the middle of Rhiwlas Street in Toxteth - where all the houses are empty and scheduled for demolition.  The stone is hollow inside and there's a coin slot for people to make a donation to a refugee charity.  At the end of the Biennial the stone will be destroyed, just like its surroundings.
