Dulse: soft as velvet

For a broad spectrum of minerals it's hard to beat a bit of seaweed. Dulse also contains vitamin C and a lot of the B's.

Adding dulse to a salad is a doddle since it only takes about 20 mins to soften, yet provides big flavour: like adding ripe black olives in that it's intense and satisfyingly salty. Seen here accompanied by cucumber, tomatoe, sunflower sprouts, avocado, and asparagus. Dressed in almond butter and lemon juice.
