Drama on King Street

Tonight there were some obvious signs of excessive use of alcohol and possibly other unhelpful substances on King Street; this woman was embroiled in a loud, somewhat heart wrenching dispute with a female friend but I am not convinced that this chap had her best interests at heart either.
