Cycled to Ainslie Park after dinner this evening for a lovely swim in the quiet pool.

What with my cycling and running last night, I'm thinking I should have made a career as a triathlete and not a scientist!

The blood from last night's incident is still evident on the cycle track, which is a bit gross.
