Gray and grainy

I love this rock, only sometimes can you see it's face all serious and getting impatient waiting here for our first Gold. He's or perhaps that should be she (the Cow rock) should had seen it all, standing here unmoved for millennia.

My best moment today at the Olympics was the tears after Le Clos the young South African won gold against Phelps, tears from him,his mum, his dad and topped off for me by Phelps amazing sportsmanship in helping Le Clos enjoy the moment, very gracious from a true champion.

The nearly worst moment was Princess Anne nearly shaking hands with her daughter as she gave her her silver medal - "for goodness sake give her a hug and how about a kiss and a few tears woman, thats your daughter, shes won an olypic medal on a horse!"I shouted, perhaps the country shouted, and then a quick hug and a clumsy kiss, perhaps she heard. I think public displays of affection for your children should become royal etiquette, it's not common!.
