London Excitement

We went to London for two nights. The boys were SO excited. The lashing rain we walked through after dropping our bags at the hotel, didn't stop us having a wonderful visit to the Science Museum - M was obsessed with the engines - he wants to know how the work and can't stop talking about it. An engineer in the making. C was most into the exhibit on Space with a model of the actual lunar lander that took Buz Aldrin to the moon - it was quite crazy as it looked like a school project I'd rustled up in my kitchen from old cereal packets and some tin foil.

The day was rounded off by a wonderful meal and drinks with dear friends in Peckham. My mum looked after the boys at the hotel so we could have a grown ups evening.
