Final day

The morning we huffed it over to the Tate Modern to the turbine hall. There three friends from Uni met us with their kids - six boys in total. Five boys ran like crazy through the big space and the 10 week old had a nice snooze in his buggy.

We went up to the 10th floor of the new section of the building. Wow! It is an incredible panoramic view of London. And it is free. I highly recommend.

Train home went smoothly and the boys were good travellers. Got home tonight feeling like we'd been away for ages. Seeing dear old friends really rejuvenates the soul.
